About the Author:
Sherry Crystal White, MSEd, is a veteran teacher, certified health coach, creator of The Restored Tribe(R), and founder of Champ Restoration(R), a resource for visionaries to lead from rest, not grind. Through events, courses and resources like The Well-Rested Leader planner, she helps career women pursue wholeness, work-life wellness, and authentic leadership. A certified mental health first-aid responder and 2018 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sherry draws from her background as a special educator in K-12 and university settings, as well as her NCAA Division I scholar-athlete experiences at Rutgers University. She integrates these experiences into her speaking, training, and coaching. Above all, she is a servant of God. Sherry enjoys live music, karaoke, dance fitness, and traveling adventures.
