Author Biography

Sylvia Fowler is a book lover who found a story that had to be told: of herself and countless 20th century (and now 21st century) Western women who abandoned hard-won freedoms to follow love to a desert kingdom by the Red Sea. Some are still there. Some are happy; some are struggling to be. She hopes she has done them some justice.
