Kassandra Kelly never thought her first book would be a nonfiction DIY art materials book. She can most often be found tucked behind the covers of a ghost story or murder mystery, the spookier the better. She received her B.A. from Reed College and her M.F.A. from Pacific University. She lives in rural solitude with two dogs, a shameful number of cats (okay, five), ten thousand Italian honeybees, and one partner affectionately known as The Theory. Probably to hide his identity.
