Author Biography

Kristin Baver is the Associate Editor of StarWars.com, covering Star Wars news, writing interview features on George Lucas and other important figures in the Star Wars galaxy, as well as spotlighting the dedicated fan community and their impressive and imaginative creations. She is the host of This Week! in Star Wars and The Star Wars Show Book Club. She previously worked as an award-winning journalist covering crime and social issues in central Pennsylvania, but now lives with her cat, Hector Smidget, in San Francisco, California.

Jason Fry is the author of more than 50 books and short stories set in the Star Wars galaxy, including The Weapon of a Jedi, The Essential Atlas, the Servants of the Empire quartet and the novelization of The Last Jedi. He is also the author of the Jupiter Pirates space-fantasy series. He lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., with his wife, son and about a metric ton of Star Wars stuff.

Cole Horton is the author or co-author of a dozen Star Wars books, including Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know and Star Wars Galaxy's Edge: A Traveler's Guide to Batuu. He has contributed to StarWars.com, Marvel.com, and runDisney. As a brand manager and consumer researcher, he has worked on a number of video games including Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Star Wars Battlefront II, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Amy Richau writes about pop culture and film history. She's the author of Star Wars I Love You. I Know.: Lessons in Love and Friendship and her work has appeared in StarWars.com, StarTrek.com, Star Wars Insider magazine, and Nerdist. She was a researcher and appeared in the docu-series Looking for Leia and worked for many years as a film preservationist. Amy lives outside Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, two children, and several pets.

Clayton Sandell became a massive Star Wars fan at age four, growing up to be an award-winning television news correspondent. He is the co-producer of The Force of Sound, a behind-the-scenes look at the sound design of The Last Jedi. His feature stories explore the far reaches of the Star Wars galaxy, taking audiences beyond the gates of Skywalker Ranch, inside Lucasfilm's Industrial Light & Magic and Skywalker Sound, and to the opening of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland.
