This collection of forty new essays, written by the leading scholars in adaptation studies and distinguished contributors from outside the field, is the most comprehensive volume on adaptation ever published. Thomas Leitch is Professor of English at the University of Delaware. His most recent books are Wikipedia U: Knowledge, Authority, and Liberal Education in the Digital Age and A Companion to Alfred Hitchcock, coedited with Leland Poague.
