JOEL HOLLAND is an illustrator living in New York City. His work has graced the New York Times, the New Yorker, New York magazine, and numerous book covers. He is the author of NYC Storefronts, London Shopfronts, Brooklyn Storefronts, and Paris Shopfronts (all published by Prestel).
DAVID DODGE is an NYC-based journalist covering travel, LGBTQ+ issues, politics, and culture for outlets including the New York Times, Travel + Leisure, and HuffPost. He is the co-author of NYC Storefronts, Brooklyn Storefronts, Sassy Planet, and Category Is: Cocktails! (all published by Prestel). JAEKI CHO is the co-founder of Righteous Eats, a media platform turned nonprofit that champions immigrant-run food businesses.
