This book includes growing up in a big family, marriage and children, divorce and single parenting, laughter, love, music and friendship, but also childhood trauma, dreams, visions, madness that sent her to a psychiatric hospital, and spiritual awakening. Her chosen fields of study in psychology, energy medicine and spiritual emergence inform the perspectives on her journey.
