This guidebook affords any facilitator the tools needed to conduct complete Shamanic ceremonies for six major transitions in the life of the woman. It also provides the information, including a basic ceremony template, so that the facilitator is able to develop Shamanic ceremonies of his or her own.

Author Biography

Nancy Baker has Doctorates in both Psychology and Metaphysical Science. She is a licensed Psychologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Director, Ordained Minister, Reiki Master, Spiritual Alchemist, Celtic Shaman, and organic farmer. Utilizing her skills she works deeply in the 'Other Realms' to facilitate healing and growth. She moves fluidly and knowledgeably through the Inner Realms and works with the energies found there for teaching and healing; connecting deeply to the Other World energies of the Alchemists and Shamans.

Nancy resides in Central Pennsylvania, on her 14 acre farm. It is there where she, along with her training, learned to touch the Earth, and truly 'see, ' never able to go back to the old ways. She opens her farm for retreats, utilizing the spiritual tools there, including a Chartres Labyrinth, Medicine Wheel, Kabbalah Tree of Life, and Pyramid.

From Nancy: Every Shaman has a tale to tell, about what led him or her, into Shamanism, and my life story is no different. Mine began in September 1999, 2 months after my hysterectomy. One day, out of the blue, I had, what the doctors' call, a pelvic deep vein thrombosis, which let loose and hit the front of my brain in a shower of emboli. What that means is that I had a stroke, but instead of one big clot, the clot broke up into little pieces, hitting the front of my brain in many places, causing multiple small lesions. It sounds horrible, and indeed, there were changes in me the moment it happened. However, with the stroke, the InWorld doors opened and suddenly I had this huge flow of energy that was released. With much guidance and training, and mentoring, I learned how to open the doors to the InWorld and how to close them with intention, how to navigate the Inner Realms, and how to use the energies for healing.

Now the call deepens. It is time to step out. Teach. Learn. Put the pieces together. The world is in a time of transition. We can all play a role in healing ourselves, others, and the Earth. Learn as much as you can, from everywhere you can, so you too can be part of the solution.
