Louise Mathews has over 42 years of food service management experience, 21 of them as Chief with the San Diego Sheriff. Her many awards include the Diamond Award for Corrections, Honorary doctorate of Food Services and the IFMA Silver Plate Award. She lives with her husband and four fur babies in San Diego, California.
