It includes a re-elaboration of existing theoretical models, linking ecodesign maturity levels and KPIs to organizational practices and various dimensions of ecodesign. Data was collected from companies of the SDA Bocconi Monitor for Circular Fashion. The findings show that companies with dedicated ecodesign teams achieve higher maturity levels, as these teams better integrate sustainability principles into operations. KPIs are also strongly linked to maturity, highlighting the importance of systematic measurement and monitoring in improving sustainable practices.
