Blending storytelling along with journal entries she wrote, readers will witness the pain she endured from her perspective as she struggled with having to live with her husband after knowing what he had done, ultimately divorcing him. He was later sentenced and is now serving time in prison. She was left facing the struggle of overcoming heartbreak and finding herself.
It was God who carried her through. Dorothy knew God was her best and only choice, and by relying on Him, she found strength, hope for healing, and ultimately, what she was made of. Her story is a powerful witness of God's love and grace. This is a story of hope to those who have endured tragedy of their own and a reminder that God will help anyone through the good, bad, and unthinkable for with Him, anything and everything is possible.
