Author Biography

Reverend Dr. R. M. Peluso, a graduate of Columbia University and The New Seminary, is an Interfaith minister who has practiced meditation for over four decades. A chocolate reviewer for the the C-spot (R) (C-spot.com) since its inception, she founded Chocolate Tasting Meditation(TM) in 2006. Dr. Peluso studied with the Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts and creates chocolates from bean-to-bonbons, just for the love of it.
