Author Biography
Raven Sadhaka Seltzer, M.A., E-RYT 500, creator of the Back to Balance program, is a gifted teacher and healer with extensive training, certifications and degrees in yoga therapy, Reiki, Ayurveda as well as the creative arts. She's been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years. Since her own recovery from spondylolisthesis and herniated disc, Raven has taught this 30-day program & witnessed an increasing number of people benefit from it.
