Educated at the University of Florida, a parent of 4, worked for 38 years as a kindergarten and second-grade teacher, and as a principal of an elementary school, she helped raise 9 of her grandchildren after school while their parents worked. Her 10 grandchildren range in age from 7 to 14. She has the educational background and front-line experience as a mom and grandmother. She shares what really works for moms.
